Has it ever happened to you that you wake up and you don’t even want to know about yourself? I believe that this has happened to all of us at some point in our lives. That your mood is between “I really want to cry!” or “I don’t want to wake up or do anything!” or “I don’t want to talk to anyone”.
What better way to keep track every month of your mood than create a Mood Tracker. Where every day you can keep track of how you feel, know how many days in the month you wake up happy, sad, tired, grumpy, etc. The mood tracker can help you change the way you see the world, because if you see that there are more sad days than happy days, you know that you have to do something to change this.
Sometimes your mood affects those around you, your partner, your kids, your home, or your job.
I always try to incorporate a theme to my Monthly Mood Tracker, for example if we are in the summer I use anything that represent the summer, in this one I used Ice cream. If we are on October I create a Halloween Design, etc. You can design however you want, it’s up to.
Remember, if you feel bad today you still have 365 more days in the year to change your mood. Do not let the little things, or changes that occur in your daily life affect your mood.
